We follow a structured evaluation process to ensure every piece of electrical waste is handled responsibly and in full compliance with UK legislation. We assess all of your waste to determine the most sustainable outcome, making sure everything is suitable for either reuse, refurbishment, or recycling.
1. Regulatory Compliance – All waste is handled in line with UK WEEE regulations, Environment Agency licensing, GDPR, and ISO standards.
2. Initial Assessment – Items are inspected for condition, functionality, age, and data-bearing components at a licensed facility.
3. Reuse Check – Fully working, current devices with no data risk are wiped, cleaned, and approved for reuse through donation, resale, or internal use.
4. Refurbishment Evaluation – Devices that can be restored through part replacement or repairs are refurbished under our T11 exemption licence, which you can find here.
5. Recycling Process – Irreparable or outdated items are broken down, recyclable parts recovered, and hazardous materials safely removed.
